Jim Gahen
Since 1996, Jim has helped his clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. He has professionally coached over 1000 clients in life balance, job transitions, partnership arrangements, large project coordinations, sales performance, business plan applications, and employee and executive skill sets.
Jim pioneered a bench-marking tool (designed for the first aid and safety industry) to be used as a candidate selections system and powerful coaching tool for sales managers and owners.
Jim lives in La Mesa, California with his wife, Kathie. Additionally, he has a pilot license, is an avid motorcyclist, has run five marathons, and has done inside circle training a Folsom State Prison.

Kathie Wickstrand
From the perspective of athlete, coach, and current business owner, Kathie Wickstrand brings a broad spectrum of experience to the world of Leadership Coaching. After 20+ years as a Collegiate Swimming Coach she made the decision to become a different kind of "Coach". Along with her husband Jim, she started The Empowerment Supply Company from the ground up.
Kathie is a trained facilitator and Leadership Coach who works with companies, athletic departments, businesses and individuals to achieve results, enhance their effectiveness and accomplish more in their lives with less effort. Kathie has trained hundreds of Coaches across the globe.
